This newly created position of video producer calls for working on breaking news and creating major projects as well as providing training for other journalists. Description: ABQjournal seeks a journalist to join our multimedia newsroom to be the primary source of high quality video editorial and advertising content. Demonstrated experience with Final Cut Pro, AVID or equivalent software is required. Photoshop and Flash experience are a plus. Candidates should submit a letter of interest, resume and a list of links of work samples to dfriedman@abqjournal.com. This person will shoot, gather, select, distribute and edit video clips; and manage and coordinate various video content projects and schedules, including video from the public.
