MediaStorm produces ‘Crisis Guide: Climate Change’ for Council on Foreign Relations

The Council on Foreign Relations and MediaStorm have collaborated to produce Crisis Guide: Climate Change. This new CFR.org Crisis Guide looks at the known effects of climate change, the diplomatic dilemmas, the relevant technologies and policy options, and the diverse perspectives on the problem. Crisis Guides, CFR.org’s interactive, award-winning franchise, seek to bring context and historical perspective to the world’s most complex issues. This is the fourth in a series of Crisis Guides.  Crisis Guide: Darfur recently won an Emmy Award for Current News Coverage.

MediaStorm produces Clearing the Air for Asia Society

Asia Society and MediaStorm collaborated to publish Clearing the Air: China's Environmental Challenge. With the 2008 Olympics starting in a matter of days, Beijing's air quality has been under close scrutiny, and despite efforts to clean it up, the pollution still poses a serious problem for everyone around. Clearing the Air looks at the overall causes of the problem, featuring a broad overview, a daily photo diary documenting "blue sky days", and resources for more information. Looking at the effect the past 50 years of oil exploitation has had on Nigeria's environment and society, this is a powerful project that is not to be missed. MediaStorm produces ‘Crisis Guide: The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict’ for Council on Foreign Relations

The Council on Foreign Relations and MediaStorm have collaborated to produce a new online multimedia feature, Crisis Guide: The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. Using a comprehensive array of audio, video, imagery, and text, the guide offers an in-depth look at the history of the conflict and its geopolitical repercussions. Crisis Guide: The Israeli-Palestinian Authority was produced in consultation with experts at the Council on Foreign Relations, Arab and Israeli sources, as well as an array of independent scholars, former officials, diplomats, and experts on the region’s political and economic history. Crisis Guides, CFR.org’s interactive, award-winning franchise, seek to bring context and historical perspective to the world’s most complex issues. Produced with MediaStorm.org, the series also includes Crisis Guide: The Korean Peninsula, which looks at the standoff between the two Koreas, and Crisis Guide: Darfur, which looks at the tragedy in Sudan’s Darfur region.
