{"id":22978,"date":"2025-06-07T15:31:42","date_gmt":"2025-06-07T19:31:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mediastorm.com\/blog\/?p=22978"},"modified":"2025-06-07T15:38:43","modified_gmt":"2025-06-07T19:38:43","slug":"documentary-series-the-darkroom-mcs-to-premiere-on-june-18th","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mediastorm.com\/blog\/2025\/06\/07\/documentary-series-the-darkroom-mcs-to-premiere-on-june-18th\/","title":{"rendered":"Documentary series The Darkroom MCs to premiere on June 18th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A new documentary series, <a href=\"https:\/\/thedarkroommasters.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Darkroom MC&#8217;s<\/a>, which showcases the most important underrepresented photographers of our time, will premiere June 18, 2025, on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbs.org\/video\/the-darkroom-mcs-preview-kzsujc\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">PBS<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allarts.org\/programs\/the-darkroom-mcs\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ALL*ARTS TV<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The series is created, directed, produced and co-hosted by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.russellfrederick.com\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Russell Frederick<\/a> and his business partner <a href=\"https:\/\/andersonzaca.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Anderson Zaca<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The first season features <a href=\"https:\/\/thedarkroommasters.com\/f\/beuford-smith\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Beuford Smith<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thedarkroommasters.com\/f\/joseph-rodriguez\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Joseph Rodriguez<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thedarkroommasters.com\/f\/adama-d-fawundu\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Adama D.
