The ideal candidate will be able to conceptualize and execute stand-alone motion graphics and packages for a wide range of films.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mediastorm.com\/about\/careers#MotionGraphics\" target=\"_blank\">Application<\/a> deadline is\u00a0Tuesday, July 28th.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Description<\/h2>\n<p>The Motion Graphics Designer will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and animate motion graphics for integration into documentaries and stand alone shorts<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualize and create style frames and storyboards<\/li>\n<li>Create cinematic and static poster frames for MediaStorm films<\/li>\n<li>Create designs for MediaStorm\u2019s site, branding, and social outreach<\/li>\n<li>Give presentations and instruction at MediaStorm <a href=\"http:\/\/mediastorm.com\/train\/workshops\" target=\"_blank\">Workshops<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Work with Producers to establish production timelines<\/li>\n<li>Participate in client meetings and be able to design to their needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p>The Motion Designer should have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expert Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong typography skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Cinema 4D skills a plus (or comparable 3D application)<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing across multiple media (broadcast, online, mobile and print)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Premiere and Final Cut a huge plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please send us a link to your reel, resume and any projects that best represent your style.<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates may submit their application <a href=\"http:\/\/mediastorm.com\/about\/careers-application\" target=\"_blank\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MediaStorm is looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to collaborate with producers and interactive designers on projects for MediaStorm\u2019s clients, workshops and publication.
