Today we launch a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kickstarter.com\/projects\/mediastorm\/hungry-horse-by-pieter-ten-hoopen\" target=\"_blank\">Kickstarter campaign<\/a> to complete the film and bring the everyday legends of Hungry Horse, Montana to the world.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kickstarter.com\/projects\/mediastorm\/hungry-horse-by-pieter-ten-hoopen\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/kickstarter1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"188\" height=\"48\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18417\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><h2>The Project<\/h2>\n<p>In <em>Hungry Horse<\/em>, Pieter ten Hoopen touches on the struggles of poverty, drug use and loss. But he more accurately captures the spirit of renewal, peace and serenity in the lives of the people he documents through stunning landscapes and intimate oral histories. <em>Hungry Horse<\/em> follows the mythical structure of its subjects&#8217; \u00a0lives\u2014Charlie Krasselt, Brad Lee Bruursema and Katie Kosnoff\u2014and it is through their stories, and ten Hoopen\u2019s powerful imagery that we learn about the timeless cycle of adventure, loss and renewal.<\/p>\n<h2>Your Part<\/h2>\n<p>By contributing this campaign, you will help us with\u00a0the editing and post-production of the film, as well as the development of technologies that will allow ten Hoopen\u2019s film and photography to be displayed within one contained player on the web.\u00a0It will also help cover the costs of any additional footage needed to complete the film.\u00a0Funds from this project will be evenly split between Pieter ten Hoopen and MediaStorm.<\/p>\n<p>To keep up to date with this and other upcoming MediaStorm projects <a href=\"http:\/\/mediastorm.com\/subscribe\" target=\"_blank\">sign up<\/a> for the MediaStorm newsletter.
