The position is based in Washington, DC.<\/p>\n<p>For more information visit the Center&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publicintegrity.org\/about\/our-organization\/work-here#mm\" target=\"_blank\">job page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Summary<\/h2>\n<p>The position works investigative reporters to produce compelling visual journalism for the organizations websites <a href=\"http:\/\/publicintegrity.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">publicintegrity.org<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/icij.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">icij.org<\/a>, and other digital platforms.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be a newshound with excellent narrative skills, a strong visual style, and at least three years\u2019 experience producing video for a news organization.<\/p>\n<p>This position will fulfill a crucial role in promoting and distributing the Center\u2019s accountability reporting to new audiences. You will be joining a team of passionate journalists and news developers dedicated to our ambitious agenda of producing digital journalism of the highest caliber.<\/p>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>At least three years\u2019 experience in shooting, editing, and producing video journalism;<\/li>\n<li>Experience shooting with HDSLRs preferred;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent editing skills using Final Cut or Adobe Premier;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in producing motion graphics and video titles;<\/li>\n<li>Proven examples of high-quality, immersive, digital film-making;<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate with a diverse team; yet work independently to make sound editorial judgments about shot and audio selection, and manage your own time;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel for assignments when required;<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about investigative reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to Apply<\/h2>\n<p>Interested candidates should email a cover letter and resume to <a href=\"mailto:resumes@publicintegrity.org\" target=\"_blank\">resumes@publicintegrity.org<\/a>.
