MediaStorm is looking for a motivated, creative and detail-oriented intern to work with the operations and social media manager for Summer 2013. The intern will focus on writing for the MediaStorm blog, updating and maintaining our social media presences, creatively and strategically thinking about growing MediaStorm’s online community, assisting with contest submissions, and helping with other daily tasks as they come up. Qualifications The intern that we’re looking for has: experience writing for an online or print publication an interest in developing online communities the ability to work and research independently a strong interest in online journalism, storytelling and their respective evolutions a love of new technologies a compulsive need to correct typos a burning desire to learn and improve his or her work This internship is paid.
