MediaStorm to screen Walter Astrada’s ‘Undesired’ September 30 at Galapagos Art Space

Please join us on September 30, 2010, for a screening of MediaStorm's newest multimedia project, Undesired, by Walter Astrada. The screening will be held at Galapagos Art Space, at 16 Main Street in Dumbo, Brooklyn. MediaStorm producers will be on hand for Q&A after the film. MediaStorm Methodology Workshop to be held January 10-15, 2011

We will be holding a MediaStorm Methodology Workshop January 10-15, 2011, at our offices in Brooklyn, NY. This workshop is targeted specifically at educators looking to create curricula based on our approach, for organizational leaders tasked with creating and leading multimedia departments, and for professionals looking to start their own media company or integrate MediaStorm concepts into their organization. Over this five-day course, attendees will participate in a collaborative, fast-paced, hands-on overview of what it takes to produce successful multimedia projects. They will work closely with MediaStorm producers and interactive designers to learn the essential elements of multimedia post-production, project organization and storytelling concepts. There will be intensive business-oriented discussions as well, critiquing aspects of developing business models that support multimedia and interactive storytelling. 2008 Commencement Speech

Columbia, MO, Jesse Hall – I went back to my alma matter yesterday to deliver the commencement speech at the University of Missouri's School of Journalism graduation ceremony. I do presentations all the time, but always with the support of visuals. The process of writing a speech was new and intense, but it was rewarding to share the experience with the Class of 2008. I was introduced by graduating senior Robert Crosby. Robert Crosby: Our speaker is Brian Storm who graduated with his Missouri School of Journalism master’s degree in 1995. Mr. Storm is president of MediaStorm, the award-winning multimedia production studio based in New York City.
