12 photographers recently spent a week documenting Clarksdale, MS, as a part of the American Diversity Project. The Project aims to support documentary photography, by exploring the culture of small-town life throughout the country through still photography, also incorporating video and audio. One of the photographers (this year, it’s David Degner), will spend an additional 4 weeks continuing to document the area.
