Project Submissions

You must own the copyright of submitted work and you will maintain your copyright. You warrant that you are the copyright holder or have the rights to submit your work to MediaStorm. If a claim is made, you will be responsible and MediaStorm will not accept any liability for any third party claims.

We receive many submissions covering similar story matter, and any stories published of a similar nature to your submission are not intentional. By submitting your project, you acknowledge that we are under no obligation to publish your work, and that you understand that we may publish other, separately submitted projects on a similar topic, without any responsibility to notify you.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
